Applicants for the spring and summer term should normally be in their sophomore or junior year, but freshman and seniors will be considered.
Yale in London is a Yale programme and courses carry one Yale College credit each. Students do not have to apply for a junior term abroad or transfer credits to participate in Yale in London. The programme is open to all majors, even if you haven't declared a major yet. Literature and drama classes fall under Group I of Yale academic subjects. Courses in history, history of art, and architecture fall under Group II. Although, Yale in London courses are officially listed as British Studies courses, you should speak to your DUS if you are interested in cross-listing your credits. If you are unsure of how our course schedule will affect your major email email@example.com.
